📦 Files & Delivery

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to download your digital files – no waiting, no delays.

All designs are delivered in PNG format with transparent backgrounds and a 300 DPI resolution, ensuring sharp, clean prints every time.

Each product includes size-optimized files for the following:

  • 👕 T-Shirts
    Size: 4500 x 5400 px
    Perfect for full-front shirt designs – ideal for DTG printing, heat press, or sublimation.

  • ☕ Mugs (11oz / 15oz)
    Size: 2550 x 1050 px ( 11oz )

    Size: 2700 x 1200 px ( 15oz )
Tailored to fit the most common sublimation mug sizes, ensuring a clean wrap and high-quality finish.

  • 🥤 20oz Tumblers (Straight & Tapered)
    Size: 2790 x 2469 px
    Includes both straight and tapered versions, compatible with standard 20oz sublimation tumblers.

These files are ready for use in sublimation printing, DTG, mockups, and more. You’ll receive a clean, professional-quality result every time.

📜 License & Usage

3.1. All products are sold for personal use only – commercial use is not permitted.
3.2. You may not sell, share, upload, or distribute the digital files in any way.
3.3. You may print the designs on multiple personal items (e.g., shirts, mugs, tumblers) or use them to create personal gifts.
3.4. You are allowed to customize the design (e.g., add text, recolor, resize) but only for personal projects.
3.5. You may use the design in digital mockups, as long as the final product is not downloadable or offered for sale.

❌ Refunds & Support

4.1. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available.
4.2. If you experience any issues with downloading or opening your files, please contact me – I’m happy to help.
4.3. If a file does not match the description, your case will be reviewed individually, and a suitable solution will be offered.

❌ What You Cannot Do

7.1. Sell, resell, or redistribute the digital files, either modified or unmodified.
7.2. Use the designs on physical products for sale (e.g., shirts, mugs, tumblers).
7.3. Upload, share, or post the files online or on file-sharing platforms – even for free.
7.4. Claim the designs as your own or use them in branding, logos, or any business-related materials.
7.5. Convert the files into other formats (e.g., SVG, EPS, AI) for the purpose of resale or redistribution.

🚫 Print-on-Demand (POD) Policy

8.1. Use of these designs on Print-on-Demand platforms is strictly prohibited.
This includes (but is not limited to): Redbubble, Zazzle, Teespring, Society6, Printify, Printful, Amazon Merch, and similar services.
8.2. If you are interested in a commercial license for POD use in the future, please contact me directly to discuss options.
